Loyalty Program Rules

1.            Gabriel BMW Moto / Gabriel Moto Internationale, hereinafter referred to as "the Dealer", may terminate the Privilege Program at any time.

2.            Dealer may change the rules of the Privilege Program, its benefits, the conditions of participation or the level of points required to earn rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even if such changes may alter the value of points previously accumulated. Dealer may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the number of points required to earn a reward, or change or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits.

3.            There is no expiration date for Privilege Program points. However, Dealer reserves the right to impose an expiration date on points. If a member does not make any transactions on his or her account for 24 consecutive months, the account is subject to closure, including cancellation of accumulated points. 

4.            Dealer reserves the right to make the Privilege Program and its promotional offers available to members based on their motorcycle maintenance activity, participation in the Program, or information they provide.

5.            Points must be earned and rewards used in accordance with the Program rules and guidelines.

6.            Abuse of the Privilege Program (including failure to follow Program policies and procedures, selling or bartering of rewards, and misrepresentation of facts relating thereto or other improper conduct, as determined in Dealer's sole judgment, inappropriate behavior or harassment of Dealer's personnel, or refusal to obey Dealer's personnel instructions) may result in cancellation of the member's account, disqualification from the Program, and forfeiture of points. Dealer, at its discretion, reserves the right to go to court and recover damages and attorney's fees and court costs.

7.            Dealer reserves the right to interpret and enforce the policies and procedures contained in these rules. The decisions of Grantee are final and conclusive in all cases. These rules supersede the previous rules.

8.            Allow 24 to 48 hours for your points to be credited to your Privilege Program account.

9.            From time to time, the information you provide to the Dealer and the Program Administrator, Loyalaction, may be used to present you with relevant and interesting offers from Privilege Program partners. If you prefer not to have your information used, please contact the Privilege Program Customer Service Department.

10.          Program points are not transferable from one member to another and cannot be matched with another member of the same family.



1.            Any licensed driver with a Canadian mailing address may enroll in the Privilege Program.

2.            A corporation, company or other legal entity may not become a member.

3.            Only one individual may be listed per account in the Privilege Program, under his or her legal name.

4.            Membership is not transferable.

5.            Retroactive credit will not be given for services rendered prior to membership.

6.            Dealer employees are not eligible for the Program.



1.            The program purchase discount is 10% on all eligible purchases.

2.            Member may earn points through the Program for the following actions:

a. 50 points : Facebook Like!

b. 100 points : Google Review

c. 50 points : Satisfaction Survey

3.            An additional bonus of 2,500 points will be awarded for every $500 in purchases over $1,500 accumulated during a calendar year. For the purpose of awarding this bonus, the purchase counter will be reset to zero on January 1 of each year. This rule will be removed from the program effective January 1, 2022.

4.            Details of the Dealer Program are outlined in the brochure available at the dealership or in the Frequently Asked Questions section of the Dealer website. Additional points may be awarded from time to time for the purchase of specific products or services, promotional offers, referrals or special events.

5.            No points will be awarded for the purchase of a new or used motorcycle, for the purchase of tires, for service labor, for storage, for subcontracting services, or for repairs made under warranty or paid for by an insurer.

6.            A bonus of 7,500 points will be awarded for the referral of a customer who purchases a new or used motorcycle. To obtain the bonus, the member must notify the dealer's sales department in advance. Only one referral bonus will be paid per customer referred.

7.            The Dealer will make every effort to credit points as accurately as possible, but it is the member's responsibility to retain the necessary documentation, such as service or parts receipts, which must be presented in order to receive the unissued points.

8.            In order to receive points, it is the member's responsibility to present their card at the cash register when paying their bill.




                1.                           Privilege Program points can be redeemed at any time for the payment of maintenance, parts or accessory purchases or for the purchase of a new or used motorcycle from the dealer. Members must present their card at the time of purchase.

                2.                           Privilege Program points can be redeemed at any time for service, parts or accessory purchases or for the purchase of a new or used motorcycle from the Dealer. Members must present their card at the time of purchase.
